This American flag cake is becoming a summertime staple!
It's a great dessert to serve at a 4th of July celebration, and is a good alternative to the Fourth of July cupcakes.
To make, cover a sheet cake with white buttercream frosting.
Place blueberries in rows on the top left corner of the cake. Pipe a row of frosting across the top of the cake, then place a row of strawberries or raspberries
beneath it. Alternate frosting and berries until you get the entire flag completed.
Pipe a border around the top and bottom edges of the cake to give it a finished look, then top with sparkling red and blue candles.
