Hot Taco Dip
This Hot Taco Dip is quick, easy, and full of flavor! You can adjust the spice level to your liking by using mild, medium or hot cheese with salsa.
Ingredients:
- One pound ground beef
- 2 jars cheese with salsa (use mild or hot, depending on your taste)
- One envelope taco seasoning mix
- Tortilla chips
Directions:
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat;drain. Return to skillet.
- Add cheese and taco seasoning; mix well. Cook until heated through, stirring often. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
I usually pour this into a crock pot so that it stays warm during the entire party. If kids will be in attendance, make sure you put the crock pot toward the back of the table so the kids can't get burned.
