How to Throw a Little Chef Birthday Party

Send your invites on a spatula or other kitchen utensil and have the kids bring it to the party.

No need to buy a birthday cake for this celebration...the highlight of the party is letting the kids decorate the cake! Provide frosting, sprinkles, and cake decor and let them go at it! Girls and boys get a kick out of this!

Chef hats are a must...the kids look great in them and they really help them "feel" their role. Let them decorate their hats too!

Look up recipes for drinks. My favorite and probably the easiest is mixing juice with sparkling water.

Other fun ideas:

• Set up a pizza bar and have the kids prepare their own mini pizzas.



• Have a bunch of kid-friendly recipes on hand and let the kids pick and choose their favorites to create their very own cookbooks. Send the cookbooks home as favors.
