Mint Chocolate Bark
This mint chocolate bark has to be one of the fastest, easiest things I've ever made.
It literally takes less than 3 minutes in the oven, then it just needs to chill in the fridge for a little bit.
And really yummy, too!
It's the perfect go-to recipe for last minute get-togethers, or if you need a fast, inexpensive gift idea. (I used it as a Valentine's gift with these free
"We were 'mint' to be" tags).
How to Make this Mint Chocolate Bark
- 10 oz. Nestle Dark Chocolate and Mint Morsels (these are usually only available around the holidays, so if you can't find them, substitute
with dark chocolate morsels and Andes mints cut into chunks)
- Handful of white chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Chop the white chocolate into tiny chunks. Set aside.
Pour the chocolate and mint chips onto a parchment or foil-lined small baking sheet.
Spread into single layer so that the morsels are touching but not piled on top of each other.
Bake in the oven for 2 to 3 minutes, or until shiny.
Remove from oven and run the edge of a knife through the chocolate to marble it.
Sprinkle white chocolate on top.
Place in the refrigerator until hardened. (Mine was ready in about 40 minutes).
Break into pieces and enjoy!
