Pineapple Cheese Ball

Ingredients:
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
One 8-oz. can crushed pineapple, well drained
1/2 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. seasoned salt
2 cups finely chopped pecans, divided
Instructions:
Combine cream cheese, pineapple, green pepper, onion, seasoned salt and 1 cup pecans. Shape into a ball. Roll in remaining pecans. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate 2+ hours.
